American Institute for Managing Diversity


The American Institute for Managing Diversity (AIMD) was the first national, nonprofit diversity think-tank created for the purpose of advancing the field of diversity management. It is known as the innovator of research-based information on diversity management issues. Their Diversity Leadership Academy (DLA) offers a Corporate Executive Series, which provides a leadership education program for top-level managers who are held accountable for managing diversity and its impact on business results.

The National Organization on Disability

The National Organization on Disability (N.O.D.) works with business leaders and corporations to improve work opportunities for Americans with disabilities. Recognizing that it makes good business sense to include people with disabilities, N.O.D. also helps employers explore disability as a workplace diversity issue, and disability-related marketing.
